Just over an hour from Christchurch at the foot of the Mt Hutt ski field is the town of Methven. A picturesque little place with all the facilities needed to be the main dormitory for the ski field, mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting and travelling around the South Island. Methven is about to complete an amazing hot pools complex that will impress locals and tourists alike, both winter and summer.
We now manage a Studio and a Two bedroom apartment in this resort. With nicely furnished, 4 star rated accommodation, free onsite parking, spa pool, helipad, tennis court, BBQ area and a 3 minute walk to the town centre we are surely onto a winner.

The best news is that even in spite of COVID lockdowns, we are still posting excellent profits since listing on the short term accommodation market, in June 2021.
With state of the art door locks, we are able to provide up to 20 access codes for guests, cleaners and maintenance personnel. But best of all, we have the ability to monitor access, and even provide remote unlocking over the internet, if we have a guest stranded at the front door.
