We are now in the staging a photography phase for our latest listing! It’s in the Manly National Building-otherwise know as the “Blue” building in Manly.
Below are some pre-staging shots. There are a few small repairs and maintenance things we will take care of to make this property shine. Of course this is what we do to help landlords have a great property, great tenant and less stress.
Nice to see the boss on his knees repainting the wardrobe before we install the new curtain door, replace the light switch surround and repair the holes and dents in the wall. All part of the service to bring the unit up to standard. Best of all for the landlord it’s all at our expense.

So now we have a beautiful property ready for listing. We also need to make sure it looks like this every 3 days as we reset and clean the property. How many tenants do you know that have their home look like a realestate brochure every 3 days?
